When you are ready, go to your cart and you will be led through the purchase process using your credit card. Finding the painting you love:

You will find the art images in series organized by medium and date. From time to time I will post a few paintings at a reduced rate. I update my available paintings on a monthly basis with new works..

Works on canvas:

Paintings on cotton duck canvas are framed professionally in a custom natural wood cradle frame, ready for hanging.

Here are some photos showing details of construction and cradle framing. The canvas I purchase is gallery wrapped which means that the canvas is wrapped around the stretcher bars and stapled on the back. There is often one or more support struts for stability, A “D” ring is screwed into the frame and hanging wire is tightened to have the painting lie flat on the wall. Included is a nail picture hook.

The cradle frame is 1 1/2 inches deep and made from natural Birch wood, so they are light in color. The painting is inserted into the cradle frame and solidly attached. There is approximately 1/4 inch between the painting and the frame and is painted black to give an edge and a depth.

Works on paper that are framed:

Paintings on heavy weight mixed media archival paper are framed professionally in a custom natural wood, white wood or black wood floater frame. They come sealed and ready for hanging similar to the works on canvas above.

The frames are 1/2 inch wide and 1 inch thick. The detail photos show that the work on paper is slightly raise and sits on a white mat background.

Unframed works on paper:

These paintings are on heavy weight mixed media paper and come in a cellophane bag on a 1/8 inch form core board.
They are packed and shipped with hard cardboard to insure their safe arrival. Shipping in mainland USA is included in the price for 2020 Selected Works on Paper.

Purchasing and Shipping:

All shipping is COD except for where noted. Once you purchase a piece you will get a receipt and I will be notified. I will contact you to confirm your shipping address. Your art will be shipped by FEDex in a well designed and protected box. Please allow 2 weeks to get the shipment out if the piece is sold as framed. If it is already framed or sold unframed it will be shipped within 48 hours.

Return Policy:

While I provide several photos of the art, it can still be a surprise when you receive it. So, when you purchase a painting from me, and are not happy with it for whatever reason, please return it prepaid postmarked within 7 days of purchase and I will gladly refund your money, minus a 5% credit card fee.  

Commissions:

If you wish to have me paint an abstract image in a palette of your choice, please email me as I am happy to do commissions.  Once you send me a palette and we agree on a size, substrate, and style, I will give you a quote. I will make 3 paintings for you to chose from. I require 1/2 price before I begin to paint for you. The painting will be done within 30 days.
